For me stress is obviously from things that I running behind’ whether it is studying, my job, keeping up with everyone, managing my finances, and trying to survive the race. I usually try to remain cool and not get stressed out, but in recent times, I am finding it difficult to balance my academic, professional, and personal life. I think more than the works, I am stressed about meeting deadlines, as this time bound factor really freaks me out. When I was young, life was so simple and had no reasons to worry and stress about. Now that there are more responsibilities, I feel that the walls around me sometimes get so high, that it feels I will have a nervous breakdown.
